All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery, 2 business days for 2nd day air, and 1 business day for overnight. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays will not ship until the next business day. Shipping delays due to emergency conditions beyond our control are non-refundable. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses may require additional charges.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item as long as the following guidelines are observed:
- The return must be received within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- The item must be in new, resalable condition.
- The original receipt, or a copy of the original receipt, must be enclosed in the package with the return item. If the original receipt is not available or the return is made after 30 days, you may make an exchange or receive store credit. The store credit is good for one year from date issued.
- All exchanges must be made within 3 months from date of purchase. A $5.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to each mail order exchange.
- Sale merchandise and custom orders are non-returnable.
